Grandma Chury's party

I got to meet some of my foster cousins -- Mikey, Mason, Chase and Bryson.  They let me play with their toys, except for the cars.  Chase wanted to put them in order.

 

 This is my Great Grandma Chury.  She's Cookie's mom.

I also got to meet Aunts Jayleigh, Becky and Sandy.  They were very nice to me.

Help Me Grow program

I just had another week of overnight pajama parties with Cookie! 

Mom picked me up from school early today because I had an appointment.  A nice lady from Help Me Grow named Sue came to assess my development and confirm what kind of therapy I should have.  Looks like I'll need physical, occupational and speech therapy, as well as sessions for my mental well being to cope with past habits.  Mom doesn't like it when I hit my head with my hands or against the wall or floor.  She says I do it a lot after visits with my birth family.  I don't mean to hurt myself; everyone thinks I do it as a coping mechanism when I don't get my way or am frustrated when I can't communicate what I want.  I like to rock back and forth too.

I'm off to play now!

More Easter goodies

I scored today!  My birth parents finally came for a visit.  They got me a truck, an Easter basket filled with candy, and more sugary stuff from the store.  Mom picked me up and Grandpa Rick came over with another Easter basket filled with a bunny and more candy. 

My birth parents fed me some of the candy so Mom said I'm a little wired tonight.  I wonder what she's going to do with the bag full of candy on the table?

Grandpa Rick taught me how to put on a hat.  He thinks I'm really smart.  I'm off to Cookie's house for the night!
